Hello, all! Finally, after a semester break of almost two months, we returned to campus activities as usual. And today is our first week to practice in the kitchen in the 5th semester. In this semester we will do many things, such as various products that we will make.
On the last blog I already said that our final exam was postponed and will be held at the beginning of the 5th semester practice. But today there have been several changes, such as forming a new team, to a different menu from the menu we compiled based on the training team in the previous semester. In addition, our system in practice this week is to sell using the concept of Fast Food, where we will order in units or per serving, ranging from appetizers, soups, main dishes, desserts, and good for sharing. We also prepare packaging for our menus and make coupons to be distributed to students free of charge. This week we provide Korean food and Latin American food. And our team handles Latin American food, such as Pastel de Queijo, Parihuela, Lomo Saltado, Pique a lo Macho, Quindim and Coxinhas.
