On the second day of practiced, we were continued our preparation for the unfinished menu. In this morning before I started to prepared, I've been given the task to arranged the ingredients from Supplier. After that, I did the preparation to made the Appetizer menu, it's Pastel de Queijo. Same as Coxinhas that I've been prepared yesterday, Pastel de Queijo is the dish from Brazil. The procedures are similiar with special dish from Makassar, it's Jalangkote. The differents are the stuffing and the shape.
The ingredients to made the Pastel de Queijo are flour, salad oil, egg, water, salt and pepper which are the ingredients to made the dough. While the stuffing ingredients are tomato, mozarella cheese, smoked beef and oregano
