Hello guys welcome back to my blog guys, as usual i will tell you my activity on kitchen, today i go to campus at 07.30 and arrived on campus at 08.00 and then we are absence and in to the kitchen, as usual we are ready to get matery from chef aldyno but chef aldyno was late come and we are directly doing our prepare yesterday.
Then my group prepare dashinomoto, katsuobushi, mirin, miso that ingredients for dashi, and leek, crab stick, and tofu that ingredients for filling of miso soup, and then we are ready to open restaurant, and then we are closed order.
After that my group was preparation for tomorrow is chinese food, Chinese spinach and peanut salad, and then my group was finish to prepare and directly general cleaning, okey guys i think just that i can tell you about my activity in kitchen, forgive me if there's any mistake and thank you.
I will tell you a little about my recipy, is : CHINESE SPINACH AND PEANUT SALAD
500 gr spinach
1 cup raw peanut
1 tbsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
2 tbsp chinese black vinegar
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp minced ginger
