How to make tang zhong :
-prepare ingredients and utensils
Ingredients : hard flour, milk , yeast , sugar , salt , butter , egg
mix all until well/soft
after that proofing at 30 minutes
-after that punching , partion scale 40g , and moulding
-after that give egg wash and bake at 25-30minutes-after that give margarin or butter
How to make filling tang yuan :
-prepare ingredients and utensils
Ingredients : black sesame ( roasted ) , sugar , butter 1:1
-blend black sesame until smooth
-cook butter and sugar until melted
-add black sesame and stir that until mixed
After make that we one line again and ready for general cleaning
