Today soup menu from shrimp stock
Today is the second day in the week table d'hote. We've had to be in the kitchen before 08.00. Arriving in the kitchen, we do oneline. Before getting into the kitchen. Menu main course
Before starting cook, we were given the direction of senior of any material that has not been prepared. Once this is done we went back to the station to prepare the appetizer menu se a lot of 60 pax. We oneline back, and prepare materials that will be though for tomorrow. One group has been tasked to create a hard roll dessert and custar. Me and a friend prepare materials for making hard roll once finished we went right in the oven about 30 minutes. When finished we start the general cleaning in the kitchen and the rest if the task has been completed. Once the task is completed we oneline to back home.
