Daily Activity#4

Thursday, the fourth day in the kitchen. Morning at 6:05 I got up and got to the campus more quickly because the weather and the rain. Having reached the campus I went back to the cafeteria to eat breakfast first and then we went back again the next kitchen and we prepare to oneline. Because rain does not stop us oneline in the kitchen, I turned on the gas and oven all waiting for the chef to come. Ask any senior that we made yesterday and what will we do for today. After that there is a friend who took this croissant to put into the oven to be burned.
 

Prior to enter in the oven beforehand given eggwash oven for croissants not dry. After it is put into the oven for approximately 30 minutes. I today make chicken porridge but before I first prepare supplementary materials like. Mustard sauce, chili pieces too small and hard boiled eggs. After all finished I went to the station to help make satay friend prior to the fried rice. Before burning the sate us first heating the griller and prepare a finished oil after all, at 10.15 I and friends went to a restaurant to eat breakfash Indonesian menu and buffet.

When finished eating at the campus restaurant. We went back to the kitchen to collect food for eating together and collect kitchen appliances that are not in use in order to be washed. After all the laundry is finished we collect and the line to pick up the food. There was a plate of both. we are looking for is not on satiety but togetherness and kinship. Here we can joke laugh even weeping, that existing kitchen campus. After that we are cleaning the kitchen together with ADH Prodi, after we break again before oneline and each can return home.

Trainees gathering

Ini pertama kalinya saya mendapatkan ini di hotel, rasanya bisa ngumpul sesama anak training di semua departemen.  Gathering disini dimana hrd menjelaskan rules hotel yang harus di ikuti, karna bulan ini ada yang kedapatan melanggar jadi di ingatkan kembali Saya mau cerita sedikit, ini getring pertama jadi kami tentu malu malu apalagi pada saat perkenal diri behh itu juga pada saat kita ngumpul banyak yang ajak bicara tapi kita juga tidak tau karna mereka pake bahasa sunda, jadi ada teman dari medan pada saat sesi pertanyaan, mengeluhkan tentang banyak staff bahkan sesama anak training itu pake bahasa sunda.  Seru sih disini apalagi banyak cewek bandung yang cantik cantik jadi tidak perna bosan untuj datang ke hotel hahahaha sttt...

Daily activity rotasi 1.2

Choux ala Croqueline Selamat pagi, terima kasih sudah datang berkunjung jangan bosan bosan hari ini saya akan memberitahu menu hari ini. Kamis pukul 07:00 Saya meninggalkan rumah untuk berangkat pergi kuliah dan tiba jam 07:35 Setibanya di kampus saya pergi ke kafetaria untuk mengisi perut agar kuat dan kembali ke dapur untuk oneline dan absensi, memeriksa tas alat dan juga grooming setelah itu simpan tas di loker kami online di dalam ian kitchen dan hari saya mendapatkan hidangan utama, menu hidangan utama yang kami buat fillet dari dori meuniere, Potato au gratin dan glazed root vegetable Bahan bahan untuk membuat soup Panaskan chicken stock lalu dimasukkan semua bahan yang sudah di prepare Menu mineatrone soup  Pertama, kita menyiapkan peralatan yang ingin digunakan dan menyiapkan sepotong mozarella. Daily Activity#2

Tuesday morning at 6:40 as I usually arrive on campus before oneline me and friends first go eat breakfast in the cafeteria behind the campus. After that we oneline in front of the kitchen. Before entering I turned on the gas and oven and friends prepare croissants. After that oneline absent and inspection tool after being in our kitchen oneline and hear the direction of the senior. After the distribution station completed yesterday, today we stand at each station. Today I have a duty to make the juice of a watermelon. We just prepare before hand materials and tools.      After that we were to station friends to help someone at the omelette, part boil egg, sunny side up.
