after the chef came. chef explain the menu for today and also immediately prepare to go to each section for doing, today we make soup calm cowder materials we prepare yesterday we remove calm stock soup after ready at 11.00 we ready to receive order from the restaurant. today I went to eat at the restaurant, after I returned from our restaurant online back in the kitchen to prepare the menu for tomorrow and what will be prepared for today. today we are preparing dessert batter cake and also french bread.

I prepare all the ingredients from french bread then make use of machine dough after the dough is finished. we make batter cake dough according to recipe. after that we break and oneline before we go home.
